1. Service Delivery (No Physical Shipping)
All services offered by Xontic Solution are delivered digitally.
No physical shipping of goods, products, or materials.
Service delivery may include:
- Email communication
- Digital documents or reports
- Online meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Access to dashboards, portals, or shared workspaces
2. Digital Delivery Timeline
Once payment is successfully confirmed:
- Digital documents, reports, or initial deliverables will be shared within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Project timelines vary depending on service scope and will be communicated before or after order confirmation.
- Any delay caused by incomplete information from the client will not be considered a service delay.
3. No Physical Goods Policy
- Xontic Solution does not sell or ship physical products.
- All services are advisory, technical, creative, or digital in nature.
- Therefore, shipping charges, tracking numbers, or courier services do not apply.
4. Revisions & Service Adjustments
- Revisions or modifications are provided as per the agreed service package.
- Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
- Any revision request must be submitted within the timeline mentioned in the service agreement.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and consultancy services:
Payments once made are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The service has not yet been initiated, and
- A written cancellation request is received within 24 hours of payment.
Once work has started or resources have been allocated, no refund will be applicable.
6. Service Issues & Support

- Delay in digital delivery
- Missing files or access issues
- Technical problems related to service delivery
